Today's kettlebell workout consisted of:
4 x 20 26lb swings
4 x 10 16lb push press
4 x 10 16 lb snatches
3 x 5 pushups off of the 16lb kettlebells (on my knees)
5 sets of floor press series
5 reps of 10lbs
5 reps of 16lbs
5 reps of 26 lbs
4 sets of planks ( 30 second holds )
rest period varied because of me talking but i tried to keep my rest periods under 1 minute.
